Short biographical note:
Jerzy Tomziński (civilian name Jan; born November 24, 1918) - Pauline, Doctor of Canon Law, three times Prior of the Pauline Monastery at Jasna Góra, twice General of the Order of St. Paul the First Hermit, Procurator General of the Order at the Holy See and the last Polish participant of the Second Vatican Council.
He received Bishop Wojtyla, and later John Paul II on Jasna Góra. He died in 2021 in Częstochowa.
