III WHY WAS JP2ONLINE LAUNCHED?
A few years after the death of the world's most famous Pole, archival materials concerning his life and ministry are still largely scattered, and often unavailable. That is why the Centre for Thoughts of John Paul II undertook to locate, secure, and elaborate on the contents and technical aspects of the collection related to Karol Wojtyła in order to make it available to all interested parties for educational, popularization and research purposes.
IV FOR WHOM?
The portal is intended for people involved in the broadly understood popularization of John Paul II's thought and education (catechists, educators, artists, film producers, journalists, culture animators) and academic researchers dealing with the legacy of Karol Wojtyla as research material. The portal is aimed to be a useful tool for all those interested in the figure and pontificate of the Polish Pope.
V HOW TO USE THE PORTAL?
