Dr. Anthony Eames is Director of Scholarly Initiatives at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Institute and Foundation. He graduated from King's College London and Georgetown University. He holds a Ph.D. in history from Georgetown University and is a lecturer at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
